The purpose of this study is to investigate the hotel employees’ job career path, job satisfaction to manage human resources and their talents. This exploratory research also examine that the talent management, which is a major issue in the hospitality industry and provide some suggestions how to apply in hotel. As a demanding of the high quality hotel services, it is important to manage & maintain their talented, well trained staffs. Talent management is the systematic engagement retention, identification, improvement, and development of individuals who are of particular value to an organization. Hotels need to be managed not only well-known technical skills but other resources such as people management, commitment to work, strategic perspective. The people management requires to motivate workers, and also to inspire them, after that they will have a willing to take development to the next their goal. As a result of literature review of talent management, the quality of the career path management programs is the key to maintain good employees. Hotels need to provide the platform for their employee career path, training history and their satisfaction of job.
