탄소단섬유강화에 의한 폴리카보네이트 고분자 탄소복합재 전기적 특성 연구

Carbon fiber has many properties including a large surface-to-volume ratio, chemical and thermal stability, and electrical conductivity, and high mechanical strengths. In this study, short carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic polycarbonate polymer composite are made according to weight percent by 10wt%, 15wt.%, 20wt.%. The samples were then made by injection molding method. The conductivity properties was analyzed using a electric conductivity tester, Keithley 6220 Current Source and 4 point probe. The orientation of specimens were analysed using SEM. In addition, the electrical properties of the carbon fiber composite improved through wight percent quantity. This is because the fiber connected structure model and orientation of carbon fiber in polymer.
