채팅앱을 통한 청소년의 자발적 성매매에 대한 고찰

A Study on voluntary prostitution of the youth using chatting app

이 연구는 채팅앱을 통한 청소년의 자발적 성매매의 원인과 대책을 합리적 선택이론과 상황적 선택이론의 측면에서 검토하고 그 대응방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 먼저 관련 법률에 대한 검토를 실시하고, 채팅앱을 통한 청소년 성매매 실태를 제시하였다. 법률 및 실태에 대한 검토를 통해 첫째, 처벌을 통한 자발적 성매매청소년의 억제효과 제고, 둘째, 채팅앱 상에서의 성매매 기회차단을 그 대안으로 제시하였다. 이 연구는 질적 연구로서 그 한계가 존재하나 합리적 선택이론과 상황적 선택이론의 측면에서 그 대응방안을 모색하고자 하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the cause and countermeasure of voluntary prostitution used chatting app by the youth in terms of rational choice theory and situational selection. For this purpose, we examined the laws associated with voluntary prostitution of the youth and presented the status of voluntary prostitution of the youth using chatting app. Based examination on the laws and status, we suggested improvement of deterrence effect by punishment and block prostitution opportunity on chatting app. Even though the this study has limitations with using only qualitative research method, this study has implications that it try to seek the counterplan in terms of rational choice theory and situational selection.
