유아교사의 정서지능과 조직몰입이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Early Childhood Teachers’ Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Commitment on Instructional Creativity

본 연구는 유아교사의 정서지능과 조직몰입이 교수창의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시에 소재한 유아교육기관에 근무 중인 유아교사 289 명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 기술통계, t-검정, One-way ANOVA, Pearson 적률상관계수, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 정서지능은 소속기관, 학력, 경력에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 교수창의성은 학력과 경력에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 정서지능과 조직몰입은 교수창의성과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 유아교사의 정서지능과 조직몰입은 교수창의 성에 영향을 미치는 변인으로, 타인정서인식, 규범적 몰입, 자기동기화, 지속적 몰입 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이 연구는 유아교사의 교수창의성을 높이기 위해서 정서지능과 조직몰입이 중요하며, 이에 관심을 가져야 함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of early childhood teachers’ emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on instructional creativity. The subject in this study were 289 early childhood teachers in kindergarten and daycare center located in Busan, Gyeongnam. The collected data from distributed questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA analysis, scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation, and regression analysis. The main results of the study were follows. First, the early childhood teachers’ emotional intelligence and instructional creativity showed significant difference in academic background and career. Second, there was a significant positive correlation among the emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and instructional creativity. Third, the emotional intelligence and organizational commitment exert a significant influence on their instructional creativity. Therefore, this study suggests that the emotional intelligence and organizational commitment are important to increase a instructional creativity of early childhood teachers.
