간호대학생의 임상실습만족도, 진로탐색효능감, 전공만족도가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Career Search Efficacy, and Major Satisfaction on Career Preparation Behavior in Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도, 진로탐색효능감, 전공만족도가 진로준 비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 부산 소재 D대학교 간호학과 졸업 학년 학생 115명을 대상으로 2017년 7월 30일부터 8월 3일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석방법은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson s 상관관계 분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과 임상실 습만족도, 진로탐색효능감, 전공만족도, 진로준비행동 간에 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 임상실습만족도는 진로준비행동을 19.0% 설명하였으며, 진로탐색효능감은 진로준비행동을 3.0% 설명하였다. 전공만족도는 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 진로준비행동의 향상을 위해 임상실습 만족도와 진로탐색효능감을 높이기 위한 다양한 프로그램을 교육과정 내 개설하고 운영하는 것이 필요하다.

The aim of this study is to determine impact of clinical practice satisfaction, career search efficacy, and major satisfaction on career preparation behavior in nursing students. Data were collected from structured questionnaires from July 30 to August 3, 2017 for 115 graduate students in the Department of Nursing at D University in Busan. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson s correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression, conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. According to the results of the study, clinical practice satisfaction, career search efficacy, major satisfaction, and career preparation behavior showed a significant positive correlation. Clinical practice satisfaction independently accounted for 19.0% of career preparation behavior, and career search efficacy independently accounted for 3.0% of career preparation behavior. Major satisfaction didn’t affect career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and operate programs in the curriculum to improve the clinical practice satisfaction and career search efficacy in order to improve career preparation behavior of nursing students.
