보육교사의 교수효능감과 자아존중감 및의사소통능력간의 관계

The Relationship among Teaching Efficacy, Self-Esteem and Communicative Competence of Child Care Teachers

본 연구는 보육교사의 교수효능감과 자아존중감, 의사소통능력 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 분석함으 로써 교수효능감과 관련된 변인에 대한 정보를 제공하고 교수효능감 향상을 위한 교사교육의 방안을 마련하는데 구체적인 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 현직보육교사 198명이었으며 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 설문자료는 기술통계분석, Pearson 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 보육교사의 교수효능감은 자아존중감과 의사소통능력과 정적상관이 있었으며 보육교사의 교수 효능감에 가장 영향력 있는 변인은 의사소통능력임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 보육교사의 교사효능감 증진을 위하여 의사소통능력을 중심으로 한 교사교육 방안에 대한 논의를 하였다.

This study analyzes the relationship between teaching efficacy, self-esteem and communicative competence of child care teachers. To achieve this goal, 198 child care teachers who inhabit capital area responded to the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression techniques using the SPSS statistics program. First, teaching efficacy was closely associated with child care teachers self-esteem and communicative competence. Second, the most influential factor for child care teachers teaching efficacy is verified to be the communicative competence. This study then discuss care teacher education direction considering the communicative competence to improve teaching efficacy.
