The purpose of this study is to find out the moderating role of the social capital for usefulness in Korean manufacturing company. This research employed the importance of promising business item as independent variable, the social capital as moderating variable, and the usefulness as dependent variable. This research used hierarchical regression to test moderating effect of the social capital for usefulness with 101 corporate samples. The results indicate that the bridging social capital and the bonding social capital have significant positive moderating effect on usefulness respectively.
