An Essay on the Kairos Perspective of I-ching(Ⅲ): Focused on the Construal of Hexagram Statements (卦辭 guàcí) and Six-line Statements (爻辭 yáocí) of Dùnguà(遯卦) in the Managerial Viewpoints

This paper aims to give a new construal on hexagram statements, six line statements and the guàcí of Great Commentary ( xiàngzhuàn) of Dùnguà in the managerial point of view. The guàcís (卦辭) of it tells us that in the time of prosperity brought by kind of a success we should try to move forward to next stage without hesitation. The six yáocís of Dùnguà are related with the lessons with regard to what we should do when we are in the time of prosperity. The guàcí of Great Commentary ( xiàngzhuàn) tells us that a leader should treat the followers with due courtesy for they can develop themselves to future leaders. As we learn from the two guàcís of Dùnguà and L ín guà, and also from history, it is true that futures are evolving by the people powers.
