거래공정성과 사회적 자본, 공급사슬에서의 지속가능성 간의 관계

Increasing competition in the supply chain and increasing corporate social and environmental responsibility presents challenges for the organization to operate and maintain sustainable supply chains that take into account economic, social and environmental aspects. However, previous studies on sustainability in the supply chain are relatively limited. The purpose of this study is to investigate what factors of fairness(procedural, interactional, distributive) affect social capital and how social capital affects sustainability(economic, environmental, social). As a result of the study, fairness of fairness and fairness of fairness affects social capital significantly(+), and social capital has a positive(+) influence on all sustainability. In addition, social capital has been found to play a role as a parameter between trade fairness and sustainability(economic, environmental, social).
