The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the corporate ethics management system perceived by casino workers on their unethical behavior, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior in the organization. According to the results, the ethics management system does not influence their recognition of unethical behavior significantly. Meanwhile, the ethics management system has significant effects on their organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Next, their recognition of unethical behavior has no significant correlation with organizational commitment but has significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, organizational commitment influences organizational citizenship behavior significantly.
