The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effects of ethical climates as an organizational characteristics variable upon the relationships between emotional leadership and task satisfaction, organizational commitment, and withdrawal intention of members at the International Lions Club in Korea as behavioral performances. The empirical results are as follows. The main effects of emotional leaderships which are composed of self awareness, self management, social awareness, and relationship management are accepted differently on the 3 variables of behavioral performances. And the moderating effects of ethical climates of organization on the relationships emotional leadership and behavioral performances have analysed according to egoism, benevolence and principle climates in complicant ways.
