자폐 범주성 장애 학생을 위한 증거 기반의 실제 탐색: 국내 연구에 대한 질적지표 분석을 중심으로

Evidence-Based Practices for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder: A Qualitative Analysis of Domestic Intervention Research

자폐 범주성 장애는 그 출현율이 증가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 지원의 특성에 따라 그예후의 편차가 큰 장애 영역으로 교수의 효율성이 특별히 강조된다. 따라서 자폐 범주성 장애 학생 교육을 위한 과학적 기반의 틀을 마련하기 위한 노력이 기울여지고 있으며, 최근에는 특정 프로그램 또는 교수전략을 대상으로 증거 기반의 실제 규명 연구가 활발 하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 자폐 범주성 장애 관련 연구가 활성화되고 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 그 연구 결과를 기반으로 교수방법론의 과학적 증거를 규명하기 위한 시도는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2005-2015년에 이루어진 자폐 범주성 장애 관련 중재연구를 대상으로 증거 기반의 실제 분석을 위한 중재 동향을 분석하였으며, 분석된 독립변인의 증거 기반의 실제 여부 파악을 위한 질적 분석을 실시 하였다. 그 결과, 국내에서 적용되어 온 30개의 독립변인이 파악되었으며, 이에 대한 과학적 증거 기준에 따른 증거 기반의 실제 여부는 아직 충족되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이상의 결과에 따른 시사점 및 향후 연구의 방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

Since the increased prevalence of autism spectrum disorder as well as the positive prognosis depending on the quality of the educational service has been reported, the more attention is now being placed to provide an effective educational program. Professionals and practitioners put their efforts to select and implement interventions with scientific evidence of efficacy. Currently, specific comprehensive programs and focused interventions are suggested as evidence-based practices from the systematic review of intervention research. However in Korea, in spite of an active intervention research in recent years there has been few attempts to conduct a search of the literature to identify intervention practices having sufficient scientific evidence. The purpose of this study was to identify evidence-based practices for students with autism spectrum disorder based on a comprehensive review of domestic intervention literature conducted from 2005 to 2015. From the research studies selected and analyzed in this study, 30 intervention practices were found. The result indicated that there was no intervention practices met the criteria for evidence-based practices yet. Implications for current practices and future research were discussed.
