In this study, we analyzed the effect of job stress building management, the workers give to burn out. For the purposes of this study, to set the research model and hypotheses based on previous studies of existing, for hypothesis testing, the workers are working and metropolitan Seoul, in a building of 12, such as other was conducted a questionnaire survey. Two main subjects of analysis. Impact on job stress and burnout control variable is assumed to disptribure justice and procedural fairness is the main concern of the discriminatory act. In this study, building management workers, low-paid workers are generally older, so these features mitigate the effect of procedural justice as fairness, rather than the relaxation of the distribution predicted bigger role in this. The empirical results were almost the same in. Finally, the biological implications of these results for the business to be discussed.
