지적재조사사업을 통한 부동산공시제도의 발전방향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Development Direction of Real Estate Registration System through the Cadastral Reform Project

본 연구의 목적은 지적재조사사업과 부동산공시제도의 효율적 추진현황 및 실태를 분석하고 지적재 조사사업과 부동산공시제도의 문제점 등을 도출하여 향후 부동산공시제도의 일원화와 바람직한 발전방향으로 모색할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 연구방법은 지적재조사사업과 부동산공시제도 등과 관련된 문헌 조사 등을 통한 사례분석 등의 연구방법을 모색하고 지적재조사사업의 추진상황 및 현황분석을 통한 분석결과를 살펴보고자 한다. 따라서 지적재조사사업을 통한 부동산공시제도의 발전을 모색하기 위해서는 첫째, 부동산공시제도의 업무를 선진화 하는 것이다. 둘째는 부동산공시제도의 운영 및 조직과 시스템을 통합하는 것이다. 셋째는 부동산공시제도의 체계적인 인프라를 구축하는 것이다. 넷째는 부동산 공시제도의 관련 법제도를 개선하는 것이다. 다섯째는 통일한국의 부동산공시제도를 통합하는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the present status and actual state of efficient implementation of the Cadastral Reform Project and Real Estate Registration System and to draw out the problems of the Cadastral Reform Project and Real Estate Registration System so as to unify the Real Estate Registration System and to find a desirable development direction is. The research method is to investigate research methods such as case studies through citation researches related to the Cadastral Reform Project and Real Estate Registration System, and to examine the results of analysis of the situation and status of the Cadastral Reform Project. Therefore, in order to explore the development of the Real Estate Registration System through the Cadastral Reform Project, the first is to advance the work of the Real Estate Registration System. The second is to integrate the operation and organization and system of Real Estate Registration System. The third is to establish a systematic infrastructure of Real Estate Registration System. The fourth is to improve the relevant legal system of the Real Estate Registration System. The fifth is to integrate the Real Estate Registration System of unified Korea.
