도로명주소 상세주소의 발전방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Development Method of the Detailed Road Name Address

우리나라는 2014년 1월 1일부터 도로명주소를 법정주소로 하여 전면적으로 사용함에 따라 도로명주소를 생활주소로 사용하고 있다. 그러나 도로와 단독건물이 있는 지역에서의 도로명주소는 어느 정도 일반화되어 생활주소로 사용되고 있으나 대단지 아파트 등과 같은 공동주택과 집합건물 등에 있어서는 아직까지 도로명 주소의 상세주소가 일반화되지 않아 사용하는 데 어려움이 존재하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건물군 동, 층, 호를 나타내는 상세주소를 표준화·정형화하는 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였으며 본 연구를 통하여 동·층·호에 대한 상세주소의 사용 현황과 문제점 분석을 통하여 혼란을 최소화하고 표준화되고 정형화된 상세주소 사용방안의 제시를 통하여 도로명주소의 일반화 및 생활화에 어려움과 문제점을 해소 할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.

In Korea, there have been used the living address as the road name address used the legal address since Jan. 1, 2014. But the road name address have been generalized in the region where have roads and houses are used by the living address. However, the complex buildings as apartment and commercial buildings do not have generalized the detail address. In this reason, it is difficult to use the road name address those buildings in these areas. Thus, this paper is to propose the improvement of the standardization and formation of the detail address that shows Number of the complex buildings. This paper is to show the proper detail address that is standardized and formalized in order to decrease the chaos by the analysis of the current situation and problems of the detail address for the Dong Floor Number. I tried to find out the possibility to solve the problems and troubles for the generalization and familiarization of the road name address in Korea.
