교사의 변혁적지도성이 초등학생의 체육학습태도에 미치는 영향

The influence of transformational leadership of teacher on the class participation attitude in elementary school student

초등학교 교사의 변혁적지도성이 학생의 체육학습태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 D광역시 초등학생 279명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 통계처리한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 학생들은 체육전담교사의 변혁적지도성을 보통 정도로, 하위변 인인 결속추진, 카리스마, 개인적배려의 순으로 인식하고 있었다. 학생의 운동수준이상인 학생이 중, 하인 학생보다 교사의 변혁적지도성을 높게 생각하는 경향이 있었으며 변혁적지도성과 체육학습태도는 상관관계를 나타내었다. 변혁적지도성의 하위요인인 카리스마는 체육학습태도의 하위요인인 교과에 대한 인식과 자아개념에 영향을 미쳤으며, 결속추진은 교과에 대한 자아개념에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

The purpose of this study was to analyzing that transformational leadership of teacher affects class participation attitude of elementary school student. To achieve the purpose of the study, the questionnaire survey was conducted with 279 elementary school student in D city. The findings of the study were as follows: students recognized that teachers have regular transformational leadership and appeared on unity promotion, charisma and personal consideration in order. Students who have high exercise level think that teacher s transformational leadership is high than low level students. There is correlation between the class participation attitude and transformational leadership. The charisma which is sub factor in transformational leadership affected self-conception and cognition for class subjects. Unity promotion statistically. have a effect on self concept.
