아침운동에 따른 초등학생들의 체력이 학업성적에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여, J도에 소재하고 있는 초등학교 6학년에 재학 중인 남학생(107명)을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분하여 아침운동 참여 전․후 체력 및 학업성적의 변화와 체력이 학업성적에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 그 결과 아침운동에 따른 초등학생들의 체력변화는 모든 체력요인에서 아침운동참여 전·후 실험집단에서 통제 집단에 비해 유의한(p<.001) 차이가 나타났으나 통제집단은 차이가 없었다. 학업성적은 실험집단은 국어, 수학, 사회, 과학 모든 교과목의 성적이 참여 전․후실험집단은 유의한(p<.001) 차이가 나타났으나 통제군은 유의한 차가 없었다. 체력과 전체 학업성적간의 상관관계는 제자리 멀리뛰기, 1000M달리기, 윗몸앞으로 굽히기간에 유의한 정상관이 나타났다. 위의 결과로 아침운동을 적용한 실험집단과 실시하지 않은 통제집단간의 체력과 학업성적은 아침운동을 적용한 실험집단에서 모두 긍정적인 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 또한, 체력과 학업성적의 상관관계에서 체력변인이 학업성적에 변화를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉. 아침운동을 통해 향상된 체력변화가 학업성적에 긍정적 변화를 주는 것으로 나타났다.
To target male students enrolled in the sixth grade elementary school that is located in North Jeolla J City to investigate the relationship between academic performance and changes in the physical fitness of elementary school students by morning exercise (107 people) , and the experimental group divided into the control group , before participating in morning exercise . As a result, the relationship of academic performance factors and changes in physical fitness by exercise in the morning , and see that there is a significant correlation with the performance language , mathematics , social , scientific , and academic performance and physical fitness , normal relationship is significant revealed high (p <0.01) in the . In other words, in the present study , the vertical jump is a sub- factor of physical fitness . I found that high recording capacity and bend 1000m running , sit-ups and upper body destination is a positive impact on performance in language , mathematics , social and science . That is , it can be said to be the result of motion of the morning had a positive impact on academic achievement.
