초등학교 체육수업 참여동기와 변혁적지도성의 관계

The relationship between Participation Motivation and transformation leadership for elementary physical education classes

이 연구는 초등학생의 체육수업 참여동기와 교사의 변혁적지도성간의 관계를 알아봄으로써, 초등학생들이 체육수업에 참여하는 동기 유발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2013년 D광역시에서 체육전담교사와 함께 체육 수업을 하는 초등학생 279명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win Ver 12.0을 이용하여 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 변혁적지도성과 체육수업 참여동기는 정적 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 변혁적지도성의 하 위요인인 카리스마가 사회적 과시, 기분전환과, 결속추진이 교우관계와 관련이 깊은것으로 나타났다. 특히 카리스마는 사회적 과시와 기분전환, 개인적 배려는 교우관계, 결속추진은 교우관계와 기분전환에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study has an objective in offering the basic data by analyzing the relationship between motivation of physical education participation and PE teacher’s transformational leadership research. In order to conduct this survey, this study collected from 279 elementary school students who participate in physical education classes with physical education specialists in D metropolitan city, 2013. The collected data was implemented by SPSS Win Ver 12.0. and it found that the relationship between transformational leadership and the motivation of physical education class showed a positive relationship with each other. Especially, in the aspect of interpersonal relationship orientation, charisma, one of the subordinate factors in transformational leaderships showed a deeply relationship with social ostentation.
