초등학생의 체육수업만족과 신체상 및 미래 삶 기대의 구조적 관계

Structural Relationships among Physical Class Satisfaction, Body Image and Future Life Expectation of Elementary School Student

본 연구는 초등학생들의 미래 삶의 기대를 향상시키기 위한 접근으로 체육수업만족과 신체상 및 미래 삶의 기대에 대한 인과관계를 분석하여 초등학생의 미래 삶의 기대를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램으로서 체육수업만족의 역할과 가능성에 대한 이 론적 근거를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기, 인천, 충북, 충남에 거주하고 있는 초등학생을 모집단으로 설정하고 비확률적 표본추출방법((Non-Probability Sampling Methods)의 하나인 할당표집(quota sampling)으로 450명을 표집하여, 설문에 응답하지 않거나 불성실한 응답자를 제외한 후 총 429명의 유효 표본을 확보한 후 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 수집을 위한 연구도구로는 선행연구에서 사용된 문항을 기초로 하여 이 연구에 맞게 수정 보완하여 사용하였으며, 설문지의 타당성 확보를 위해 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis : EFA)과 확인적 요인분석(confirmatary factor analysis : CFA)을 이용하여 타당도 검사를 실시하였고, 자료 분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계분석기법은 구조방정식(structure equation modeling)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 초등학생의 체육수업만족은 신체상에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 초등학생의 체육수업만족은 미래 삶의 기대에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 초등학생의 신체상은 미래 삶의 기대에 유의한 영향을 미친다.

The purpose of the study was to prepare theoretical ground about a role and possibility of physical class satisfaction as a program to improve the future life expectation of elementary school students by analyzing cause and effect relationship about physical class satisfaction, body image, and the future life expectation. To achieve the goal, a population was set with elementary school students in Gyeonggi, Incheon, Chungbuk, Chungnam. Among them, 450 students were selected in quota sampling which is one of Non-Probability Sampling Methods. Finally, effective samples of 429 in total were secured for analysis, excluding non-respondents or insincere respondents. For study tool for collecting data, question items used in existing studies were revised and supplemented fit to the study. The statistical methods used for this study are exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling analysis. The conclusion of this study are as follows: First, physical class satisfaction of elementary school had significant effect on body image. Second, physical class satisfaction of elementary school had not effect on the future life expectation. Third, body image of elementary school had significant effect on the future life expectation.
