초등학교 교사의 실과교과 내용 영역별 중요도, 지도 능력 인식 및 교육 요구도 조사

A Survey on Educational Needs and Awareness of Elementary School Teachers of Jeju on Importance and Teaching Ability of Education Contents in Practical Arts

본 연구는 2007 개정 실과 교육과정을 중심으로 제주 지역의 초등 교사를 대상으로 실과교과의 영역별 목표에 따른 교사 집단 간의 중요도, 지도 능력 및 교육 요구도를 알아보기 위해서 수행되었다. 이 조사 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교직 경력 별 중요도 인식에서는 10년 이상 경력의 교사 집단이 10년 미만 경력의 교사 집단 보다 나의 생활과 옷차림, 생활 속의 식물에서 통계적으로 더 높게 나타났으며, 둘째, 교직 경력별 지도 능력 인식에서는 10년 이상 경력의 교사 집단과 10년 미만 경력의 교사 집단 간에 꽃이나 채소 가꾸기, 간단한 조리, 바느질 도구를 이용한 용품 만들기, 손바느질로 용품 만들기, 간단한 전자회로 꾸미기, 전기·전자 용품의 사용과 관리 등에서 통계적으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 교육 요구도 분석 결과 나의 생활과 옷차림, 나의 옷 관리를 제외한 전영역에서 0 이상 나타나고 있으며, 건강한 먹을거리의 마련, 음식 만들기, 전기·전자용품의 사용과 관리, 나의 미래와 진로에서는 1.0 이상의 높은 교육 요구도를 보여 주고 있다.

The purposes of this study were to survey educational needs and awareness of elementary school teachers of Jeju on importance and teaching ability of education contents in Practical Arts. The major findings were as follow. First, the level of importance awareness of the teachers with minimum of 10 years educational experience was higher statistically than that of the teachers with maximum of 10 years educational experience in my life and dress and plants in life area. Second, the level of their teaching ability awareness of the teachers with minimum of 10 years educational experience was higher statistically than that of the teachers with maximum of 10 years educational experience in growing of flowers and vegetables cooking , making articles by needlework , making articles with haberdashery , use and management of electricity/electronic products , designing of simple electronic circuit and etc. Third, educational needs in all education contents were over zero except my life and dress and mending dress . And such as house works and roles of family members , nutrition and food , getting good food , cooking , use and management of electricity/electronic products , my future and career were higher than 1.0 in educational needs.
