교과서 동화의 의미 확장 표현에 관한 연구

A study on the expression of meaning extension written in elementary school text fairy tales.

의미확장의 표현과 해석은 의미론의 주요한 쟁점이다. 의미확장의 표현은 모든 장르에 나타나지만 문학적인 글에 많이 나타난다. 동화도 이런 문학적인 글의 유형으로서 다양한 의미확장 표현이 쓰이고 있다. 동화는 아동을 대상으로 하는 문학이기 때문에 성인문학과는 다른 특성이 많다. 이런 특성에 따라 동화는 의미확장의 방법과 유형이 성인문학에 비해 다른 점이 많다. 동화에 쓰인 언어표현은 성인문학 작품에 견주어 볼 때 쉬운 언어표현이 많지만 성인조차 이해하기 어려운 의미 확장 표현도 많이 발견된다. 이렇게 어려운 의미 확장표현을 아동은 어떻게 이해할 수 있을까라는 물음을 제기할 수 있다. 동화작가는 아동들이 동화의 의미 확장 표현을 잘 이해할 수 있도록 동화속에 해석장치를 설정하고 있다. 독자인 아동은 동화작품을 잘 읽기 위해서는 이 해석장치를 잘 이해해야 한다.

the purpose of this paper is to explore the method and type of meaning extension on the basis of the data of the expression of meaning extension written in elementary school text fairy tales. I examined these are three types of interpretation system on the basis of the definition about expression and interpretation. (1 type: interpretation - expression of meaning extension 2 type : expression of meaning extension - interpretation. 3 type : interpretation - expression of meaning extension - interpretation.) I explore the method and type of meaning extension on the perceptual word & opposite word.
