차기 교육과정에 대비한 미술과와 ICT의 연계 방안 연구

A study on the implication of ICT in school art education for the next Korean National Art Curriculum

연구는 제도 교육 및 공교육으로서의 초․중등학교 체제에서 ICT와의 연계적 통합이 점차적으로 활성화되고 있는 현 시점에서, 차기 교육과정에 대비하여 미술과에서 ICT의 도입과 연계가 얼마나, 어떻게 이루어질 수 있을 것인지 그 변화의 범위와 내용을 알아봄으로써 앞으로 미술과 교육과 ICT의 연계를 파악하기 위한 필요성에 의하여 시도되었다. 이를 위하여 현재 학교교육에서 이루어지고 있는 미술과에서 ICT 활용의 수준과 내용, 방법 등을 관련 문헌과 자료들을 중심으로 살펴보고, 이를 기초로 차기 미술과 교육과정 개정에 대비하여 ICT가 어떻게 연계, 통합될 수 있을 것인지 그 범위와 내용의 제시를 통해 바람직한 연계의 방향을 모색해보는 데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 여기에서 제시하고 있는 차기 미술과 교육과정의 방향 및 제언은 앞으로 우리나라 미술과교육에서 추구해야 할 ICT와 관련된 교육과정 정책 수립에 있어 하나의 기초 자료로서 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide an idea to integrate ICT with the next Korean National Art Curriculum. It is regarded that ICT and its application in the 7th Korean National Art Curriculum was limited as one of instructional methods and/or art tools using expensive visual graphic programs in the form of CD-ROMs or softwares. The word, \ an implication and/or application\ of ICT to each subject area, means that ICT is regarded not as an important element to organize curriculum but as a simple teaching tool, which teachers may use or may not. The big difference between a prerequisite and am elective of ICT in education can be determined on the starting point of the curriculum. This study included 1) an approach to integrate ICT with the art curriculum with respect to the objectives and contents in the current Korean National Art Curriculum, 2) an approach to integrate ICT with the art curriculum with respect to learning and teaching methods, 3) an approach to imply ICT on the curriculum systematically, 4) an idea for developing the next Korean Art Curriculum integrated with ICT as an element to pursue visual literacy and information-oriented society. The recommendations for the study were follows: 1) systematic development, ideas and researches on ICT as a prerequisite to build a curriculum are needed, 2) broad mutual agreement on integration of ICT with an art curriculum for the next National Curriculum should be come to, 3) consistent interest should be focused on the contents of art education, which have been changing a lot due to the rapidly changing technology. In conclusion, the concept and its technical application of ICT would be wider and diversified in the next Korean National Curriculum. It is regarded that we should prepare and make provisions for its possible changes in the near future.
