간호대학 교수의 지도력 유형 분석

Analyzing the type of Leadership of Nursing Professors

본 연구의 목적은 간호 대학생이 기대하는 교수의 지도 능력을 확인하고 유형을 파악하여 각 유형에 따른 특성을 분석하는데 두었다. 연구방법은 Q 방법론을 적용 하여 진술문, P 표본을 설정하고 강제분포로 각 유형을 파악하였다. 진술문을 구성 하기 위하여 관련된 문헌과 전문가들의 관련 의견을 참고하였고, 최종 31개의 진술 문을 활용하였다. P 표본의 선정과정은 간호대학에 재학 중인 1~4학년에 해당하는 학생 37명을 연구대상으로 하였다. Q sorting 과정에서는 진술문 카드를 활용하여 주관적 생각에 따라 강제 분포 하도록 한 후 PC QUANL 프로그램으로 관련 유형을 분류하였다. 연구결과 교수의 지도력은 4개의 유형으로 분석되었으며 제 1유형은 ‘전문적인 지식 전달형’, 제 2유형은 ‘자기 계발 및 존엄 유지형’, 제 3유형은 ‘열정적 소통형’ 제 4유형은 ‘포괄적 멘토형’ 이었다. 본 연구의 의의는 간호 대학생이 기대 하는 교수 지도력에 대한 주관적 구조유형을 발견하였다는데 있다. 연구를 통해 학 생이 교수에게 기대하는 내용이 무엇인지를 파악할 수 있었으며, 이는 교수역량 계 발의 방향성을 위한 이론적 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study, to find out type of the leadership of professors expected by nursing student. In this study, Q methodology was used. statements were collected through literature, description of experts, finally 31 statements were selected. P samples were selected by 3, 4 grade 37 students enrolled in the College of Nursing. The students sorted statements card using the principle of forced normal distribution, type analysis by using PC QUANL program. the results of this study, there find out The 4 type of expected professor, The first is Professional Knowledge type , The second type is Self-development and dignity retained , The third is passionate communication type, The fourth type is comprehensive mento type . The significance of the results is that find out subjectivity of nursing student on expected type of professor, and was prepared opportunity to think.
