체육과 표현 활동 영역의 창의‧인성 요소 탐색

Study on the Elements of Creativity and Personality in the Expressive Activity of Physical Education

본 연구의 목적은 표현 활동 영역에서 실천 가능한 다양한 창의 인성 요소를 탐색하고 각 요소에 대한 개념을 정립하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 표현 활동 영역 지도경력 10년 이상의 스포츠교육학 박사 및 체육교사, 무용학 박사를 델파이 전문가로 선정하여 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 델파이 결과에 대한 내용 분석을 위해 1차적으로 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 통해 평균, 표준편차를 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 내용 타당도 지수(CVI: Content Validity Index)와 변이계수(Content of Variation: CV)를 통해 내용 합의율을 산출하여 CVI값 .70 이상, CV값 .50 미만의 범위에 있는 항목을 본 연구 결과에 반영하였다. 이와 같은 방법을 적용하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 표현 활동 영역에서의 창의성 요소는 독창 성, 창의적 사고력, 상상력, 다양성, 감수성, 표현력, 유창성, 구성력, 몰입, 문제해결력, 융통성, 호기심, 자율성, 비판, 음악성, 과제 집착성, 자발성, 유추, 리듬감 이상 19개로 조사되었으며, 인성 요소는 협동, 사회성, 배려, 예의, 성실, 책임감, 실천력, 인내, 자존감, 용기, 이해, 수용, 타인존중, 관계성, 자아탄력성, 용서, 정직 이상 17개로 제시되었다. 본 연구에서 제시된 표현 활동 창의 인성 요소를 통해 체육교사들이 표현 활동에서의 창의 인성 교육을 이해하고 아울러 다양한 창의 인성 교육을 실천할수 있을 것으로 본다.

The study aimed at investigating and defining the elements of creativity and personality which are practicable in the expressive activity. For the study, a Delhi servey was conducted with the selected Delphi experts including doctors of sports pedagogic,physical education teachers and doctors of dance studies who have more than 10-year teaching experience in the expressive activity. The PASW 18.0 program analized the average and the standard deviaition of the Delphi survey result. Based on the analysis, the Content Validity Index(CVI) and the Content of Variation(CV) were used to calculate the agreement rate. And, the items in the scope of a CVI value higher than 70 and a CV value less than 50 were reflected in the study. In this way, the following study result was obtained: 19 elements of creativity in the expressive activity were suggested such as originality, creative thinking ability, imaginative power, diversity, sensitivity, expressiveness, fluency, organizing power, immersion, troubleshooting ability, flexibility, curiosity, autonomy, criticism, musicality, task commitment, spontaneity, analogy and rhythmic sense. And the proposed 17 elements of personality were cooperation, sociality, consideration, politeness, sincerity, sense of responsibility, power of execution, patience, dignity, courage, understanding, acceptance, respect for others, relationship, self elasticity, forgiveness and honesty. It is expected that the suggested elements of creativity and personality in the expressive activity would help the physical education teachers understand and practice the various education of creativity and personality in the expressive activity.
