스마트 교육환경에서의 개인정보 활용 이슈에 관한 연구동향 분석

An Analysis of Research Trends on Issues in Using Personal Information in Smart Educational Environments

본 연구는 스마트 교육환경에서의 개인정보 보호 및 데이터 활용에 대한 이슈(사 생활 침해 및 개인정보 보안 등)를 다룬 국내 외 논문을 살펴보고 연구 동향을 분석 하고 반성적 검토를 통해 앞으로 관련 분야에 대한 연구 방향을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구의 목적과 선정 기준에 따라 국외 논문 44편과 국내 논문 13 편을 최종적으로 수집하였고, 분석 준거로는 영역, 출판연도, 연구방법, 스마트교육 관련 ICT 트렌드, 연구결과, 교육맥락으로 설정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 정리하면, 연구 영역, 목적, 그리고 결과 측면에서 분석된 동향을 종 합적으로 해석한 결과 주로 개인정보 활용에 대한 연구는 컴퓨터 공학 분야에서 수 행되었으며, 교육 분야의 연구는 현저히 부족하였고 그나마 교육공학에서 연구가 대 부분을 차지하고 있었다. 특히, 국내연구는 국외연구에 비해 양적인 수에서도 부족 했지만, 교육공학적 연구의 주제가 국외에서는 원리, 전략 또는 지침개발, 연구동향 분석, 상관관계 분석 등 다양한 것에 반하여 국내는 윤리적 이슈를 다룬 교육 프로 그램 설계 및 교수설계 과정(안) 개발에 치우쳐져 이루어지고 있었다. 결론적으로, 이는 국내에서 스마트 교육환경에서의 최신 ICT 트렌드를 반영한 개인정보 활용 및 보호에 대한 연구가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않았다고 해석할 수 있고, 향후 스마트 교육환경과 국내 정책에 맞춤화된 가이드라인에 대한 연구뿐 아니라 최신 트렌드에 서의 차별화된 특성을 반영한 윤리적 이슈에 관한 연구가 수행되어야 함을 시사한 다.

In this study, we analyzed and reviewed the research trends by looking at the domestic and foreign journal papers dealing with issues in using personal information in a smart educational environment. Through these analyses and reviews, this study aims to propose desirable research agenda of the related fields. To achieve this objective, 44 foreign papers and 13 domestic papers were finally selected based on analysis criteria of this study, and analyzed in accordance with research area, year of publication, research methods, smart ICT trends, research results, and level of school. To summarize the results of the analysis, most of research on ethical issues had been conducted in the field of computer science. Related studies in the field of education are significantly insufficient and the majority of educational field research was conduced in the educational technology. In particular, domestic research is small in number compared to foreign research, and moreover, in terms of research topics in the field of educational technology, domestics are heavily weighted in favour of designing and developing educational programs and lesson plans on ethics whereas foreign journals are varied such as developing principles, strategies, or guidelines, analyzing research trends, and analyzing correlation. In conclusion, domestically, research should to be conducted on ethical issues reflecting the state-of-the-art trends in a smart educational environment as well as the guidelines considering educational environments and policies.
