2009 개정 초등 국어 교과서의 의의와 과제

The meaning and task of the 2009 revised elementary Korean language textbook.

이 연구는 2009 개정 초등 국어교과서의 의의를 살펴보고, 앞으로의 국어 교과서 개발을 위한 해결 과제와 전망을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 2009 개정 초등학교 국어 교과서의 의의로는 ① 학년군제의 반영으로 계속성의 원리 구현, ② 통합적인 언어 활동의 강화 ③ 교수내용지식(PCK)를 고려한 교과서 활동 구성, ④ <국어 활동> 교과서의 자기주도적 학습 원리 구현, ⑤ 연계성을 고려 한 국어 학습 지원, ⑥ 기초문식성 학습의 체계화를 들 수 있다. 향후 초등학교 국어 교과서 개발 과제를 들면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유기적인 통합이 이루어지도록 해야한다. 둘째, 자기주도적인 원리로 ‘자기 지향성’을 반영할 필요가 있다. 셋째, <국어>와 <국어 활동> 의 연계성을 보다 긴밀하게 할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 통합적 국어교육을 위한 초등학교 국어 교과서 체제 연구가 이루어져야 한다. 다섯째, 통합적 국어교육을 위한 초등학교 국어 교육과정에 대한 연구가 이루어져야한다. 여섯째, 초등 학습자 이해를 바탕으로 하는 초등 국어교육 내용별 PCK 연구가 이루어져야 한다.

The purposes of this study are, to search the meaning of the 2009 revised elementary korean language textbook, and to present the task and prospect for the development of korean language textbook. The meanings of the 2009 revised elementary korean language textbook are as follows. ① the realization of continuity by the reflection of the grades cluster curriculum ② the strengthening of the integrated language activity ③ the formation of the korean language textbook activity with the consideration of the Pedagogical Content Knowledge ④ the embodiment of the self-direct learning in korean language textbook activities ⑤ the systemization of the beginning literacy study. The tasks of the korean language elementary textbook development are as follows. First, the organic integration of textbook is important factor. Second, self directivity is need to be reflected as the self-direct learning principle. Third, the close connection between the Korean language textbook and it’s activities is necessary. Fourth, the study of the system and the curriculum of the korean language textbook should be made for the integrating education. Fifth, the study of ‘the effective ways of the Pedagogical Content Knowledge’should be made by the ground of the learner’s understanding of the each elementary korean language education context.
