협력적 실행연구를 경험한 교사의 내러티브 탐구

A Narrative Inquiry On The Child-Care Center Teachers who Have Been through a Cooperative Action Research

본 연구는 협력적 실행연구를 경험한 교사들의 내러티브를 살펴보고, 실행연구의 결과를 현장의 개선과 교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 시사점으로서 향유하는데서 한 걸음 나아가, 그 이면에 가려져 있는 실행연구 주체들 간의 협력관계 아래 잠재된 이야기를 드러내어 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 협력적 실행연구를 경험한 두 명의 교사를 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 2013년 12월 9일부터 2014년 2월 28일까지 면담의 전사자료, 연구자 저널을 주요 자료로 수집하였고, 자료의 분석과 해석은 2014년 3월부터 2016년 5월까지 실시하였다. 본 연구는 ‘협력적 실행연구를 위한 시작: 두 교사의 연구시 작점에 섬(standing)’, ‘미묘한 긴장과 오해: 강교사의 위에 섬(over-standing)’, ‘화해와 이해: 두 교사의 서로 아래에 섬(under-standing)’, ‘협력적 실행연구를 마치기까지: 두 교사의 같이 섬(co-standing)’의 네 가지 내러티브를 제시하였고, 이를 ‘다시 상상해보기’봄으로써 두 교사의 협력적 실행연구의 경험을 의미화 하였다. 본 연구 의 결과는 향후 협력적 실행연구를 수행하고자 하는 연구자들에게 협력적 실행연구의 협력관계 및 연구 주체 이해에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine how two teachers who have been through a cooperative action research talked about their experiences and revealed their latent narrative behind cooperative relations between the action researchers. The participants in this study were two teachers working at the same class. Data were gathered through 20 interviews, 10 with a teacher and 10 with another one and reachers’ journals December 9, 2013 to February 28, 2014. Collected field texts were analyzed to construct their narrative accounts about their experiences in a cooperative action research as follows: ‘start of the cooperative action research: two teachers’ separately standing’, ‘subtle tension and misunderstanding: a teacher’s over-standing’, ‘understanding and reconciliation: two teachers’ under-standing’, ‘finishing up the cooperative action research: two teachers’ co-standing’. Based on 4 narrative accounts, the meaning of two teachers’ experience in a cooperative action research were revealed through the re-imaging of their experiences. This study contributes to understand cooperative relations in a cooperative action research to other researchers who will conduct cooperative action researches.
