누리과정과 초등학교 교육과정 총론의 연계성 분석 및 개선 방안 연구

The curricular connectivity between the kindergarten curriculum and elementary school curriculum focused on the general guidelines

9월 23일에 고시된 2015 개정 교육과정에는 누리과정이 포함되어 있지 않다. 이 에 본 연구는 현행 누리과정과 2015 개정 초등학교 교육과정의 총론을 분석하여 누 리과정과 초등학교 교육과정 간의 연계성을 확보하기 위한 방안을 도출하고자 하였 다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 누리과정과 초등학교 교육과정의 고시 근거에 해당 하는 유아교육법 제13조 2항과 초·중등 교육법 제23조 2항을 중심으로 두 교육과정 의 법적 근거 간의 연계성을 분석하였으며 누리과정과 초등학교 교육과정의 총론을 ‘교육과정 구성의 방향과 목표’와 ‘교육과정 편성·운영과 지원’의 두 측면으로 구분 하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 두 교육과정의 고시 근거 법규의 개선점과 더불어 각 학교 급 교육과정에서 보완해야 할 영역과 규정이 도출되었다. 이는 차기 누리과정 개정과 초등학교 교육과정 해설서 등에 반영되어야 할 것이며, 더 나아가 앞으로 누 리과정은 초등학교 교육과정과 같은 시기에 개정 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The aim of this study is to analyze the general guidelines and to draw improvements to the connectivity between the current kindergarten curriculum(Nuri Curriculum in 2012) and 2015 national elementary school curriculum. To fulfill its aim, this study used comparative research between the educational laws which are the basis for the release of the national curriculum and also the general guidelines between the kindergarten curriculum and elementary school curriculum. As a result, this study suggested improvements of the educational laws and regulations of the kindergarten curriculum and elementary school curriculum. These improvements has to be reflexed in the next kindergarten curriculum and curriculum handbook. Moreover, kindergarten curriculum has to be revised with the elementary school curriculum at the same time.
