예비유아교사의 교직열정에 따른 실습 불안과 소진의 변화양상

Changes in Pre-services Early childhood Teacher’ Anxiety and Burnout on the level of their Passion for Teaching

본 연구는 보육실습과정에서 예비유아교사들이 겪는 실습불안, 소진에 대한 심리 적 변화추이를 살펴보고 예비유아교사의 교직열정과 측정시기에 따른 효과성을 살 펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 4학년 예비유아교사 43명 을 대상으로 실습시간동안 실습불안, 소진에 대한 인식을 총 4회(실습전, 실습중간, 실습직후, 실습사후) 측정하여 반복측정분산분석을 통하여 결과를 분석하였다. 첫째, 실습전과 실습사후에 측정한 예비유아교사의 교직열정에 대한 인식을 살펴보면 열 정 Criteria, 조화로운 열정, 집착적 열정은 보통 정도의 인식정도를 보였다. 둘째, 교 직열정 인식에 따른 예비유아교사의 실습불안 변화양상을 살펴보면 열정 Criteria, 조화로운 열정, 집착적 열정은 측정시기에 따라 유의미한 주효과가 있는 것으로 나 타났다(p<.001). 셋째, 교직열정 유형에 따른 예비유아교사의 소진을 살펴보면, 열정 Criteria에서는 측정시기와 처치조건의 상호작용에서(p<.001), 조화로운 열정에서는 측정시기에서 유의미한 주효과가 있었으며(p<.05) 집착적 교직열정은 측정시기와 집단 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was designed to compare the relationships of the pre-services early childhood teacher’ anxiety and burnout according to the passion for teaching. The subjects in this study were 43 pre-service teachers in Education Institutions located in Busan. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive analysis and repeated measure ANOVA using SPSS PC program. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the passion for teaching of the pre-service teachers were all above average. Second, the main effects of the testing time was signifiant on the pre-service teacher’ anxiety according to their Criteria passion for teaching, harmonious passion and obsessive passion’s level. Third, the burnout had a significant main effects of the testing time and the interaction effects between the testing time and the level of the Criteria of passion for teaching. In addition, the main effects of the testing time was signifiant on the pre-service teacher’ burnout in the level of their harmonious passion, but obsessive passion was not effected.
