부모상담을 위한 유아성격검사의 개발과 타당화

A Study on the Development and Validation of the Observation Inventory of the Preschool Children Enneagram Personality for parents Counseling.

본 연구는 유아 에니어그램 성격유형 관찰척도를 개발하고 에니어그램 워크숍에 참여한 어머니와 유아교육기관의 교사를 대상으로 유아 에니어그램 성격유형 관찰 척도 검사를 실시하여 본 척도가 유아의 에니어그램 성격유형을 얼마나 잘 나타낼 수 있는지에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 척도는 9가지 의 에니어그램 성격유형에 기초하여 제작되었으며 1유형, 2유형, 3유형, 4유형, 5유 형, 6유형, 7유형, 8유형, 9유형의 9가지 요인으로 이루어져 있다. 유아를 둔 부모와 유아교육기관의 교사가 유아의 에니어그램 성격유형을 알아내어 유아의 에니어그램 성격유형이 지닌 특성과 장점이 최대한 발휘되고, 유아의 전인적인 발달에 도움을 주는 부모상담자료와 유아교육자료로 활용될 수 있도록 유아의 긍정적인 성격특성 에 초점을 맞춘 유아 에니어그램 성격유형 관찰척도를 개발하고 타당화하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate the observation inventory of the preschool children enneagram personality. The inventory developed by this study has a significant meaning that this inventory was developed by ways of extracting questionnaire items of preschool children s traits which were described by the mothers in enneagram workshops as well as literature. Also, the 6 methods were conducted to confirm predictive validity. Thus, this inventory can be used as a useful tool in order to promote development of appropriate personalities and their for the preschool children in child-rearing and educating practices.
