학습동기증진 프로그램이 초등학교 학습부진아의 학습동기에 미치는 영향에 대한 사례연구

본 연구는 학습동기증진 프로그램이 초등학교 학습부진아의 학습동기에 미치는 영향은 어떠한지에 대해 사례연구의 방식으로 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 G시에 거주하 는 초등학교 6학년 남학생 3명을 대상으로 12회기 학습동기증진 프로그램을 1회 90 분씩 실시하여 프로그램 진행에 따른 학습동기 변화의 과정을 학습동기 하위요인별 로 알아보았다. 자료 분석을 위해 프로그램 12회기 활동을 모두 녹음하여 전사하였 으며 교사면담과 현장관찰일지를 기록하였다. 연구결과 학습동기증진 프로그램은 연구 참여 아동들의 학습동기증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 하위요인별로 보면, 자신감이 향상되어 선생님과 친구들 앞에서 자신 있게 발표를 할 수 있게 되었고 자 기조절 효능감이 향상되어 내가 싫어하는 수업 시간에도 집중할 수 있게 되었다. 또 한 실수에 대한 부정적인 감정에서 긍정적인 감정으로 전환되었고 틀린 문제를 다 시 풀어보는 행동 반응을 보였으며 과제수준 선호가 높아져 어렵더라도 학교 숙제 를 꼭 하게 되는 결과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 논의와 추후연구를 위 한 제언을 하였다.
