혁신학교 초등 교사들의 핵심 역량 모델링

Competency modeling of reform school elementary teachers for warming education community

본 연구의 목적은 따뜻한 교육공동체 형성을 위한 혁신학교 초등 교사들의 역량 모델링을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2016년 3월, 4월동안 먼저 10개 혁신학교를 대상으로 초등 교사들이 하고 있는 업무 분장 및 관계 법령을 분석하였다. 두 번째 단계로서 가장 최근에 이루어진 초등학교 교사 역량에 관한 선행연구를 분석하여 혁신학교 초등 교사들의 역량을 모델링하였다. 세 번째 단계로는 앞의 두 단계를 바탕으로 경력 10년 이상의 혁신학교 초등 교사 12명, 교장 1, 교감 3명을 대상으로 중 점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하여 혁신학교 초등교사 역량 모델을 수정하였다. 마지막 단계로써 혁신학교 초등교사 25명의 패널을 선정하여 델파이 기법을 사용하여 혁신 학교 초등교사 역량 모델링을 확정하였다. 연구 결과 6개의 역량군과 33개의 세부 역량으로 역량 모델이 나타났으며, 그것은 ‘전문성과 철학’, ‘교무 관련 업무’, ‘교사인성과 인간관계’, ‘수업 및 평가’, ‘학생 및 상담’, ‘학교 행사 및 안전’이다.

The purpose of this study is to explore and clarify reform school elementary teachers core competency. For this study, we first give definition of the role of reform school teachers in elementary school, analyzing difference of duties and laws and regulations pertaining to educations in elementary school were conducted. Secondly, we examined other preceeding researches and extracted on reform school teacher’s core competencies. Thirdly, we deducted focus group interview with 4 group of reform school teachers who taken career more than 10 years for potential competencies and added more detailed contents. After that, Delphi survey with a 25 of education expert was implemented to revise potentially competencies for reform school elementary teachers. The structured questionaries were analyzed the agreement and current level among the selected teacher’s competency by M, SD and content validity ratio: CVR). As a result, we settled 6 units of competency and 33 detailed competency of reform school elementary teachers, that is ‘professionalism and philosophy’, ‘duties related school’, ‘teacher personality and human relationship’, ‘instruction and evaluation’, ‘students and counselling’, ‘school events and safety’.
