예비초등교사의 성격특성, 대인관계 특성, 교직적성의 구조적 관계 분석

The Structural Relationships among Personality, Interpersonal Relation traits, and Aptitude of School for Pre-service Elementary School Teacher

본 연구의 목적은 예비초등교사의 5요인 성격특성 및 대인관계특성과 교직적성 의 구조적 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 예비초등교사 의 성격특성, 대인관계특성, 교직적성의 특성을 알아보았고, 둘째, 예비초등교사의 성격특성, 대인관계 특성, 교직적성 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 예비 초등교사의 대인관계 특성은 성별, 학년, 출생순위에 따라 차이가 나타나지 않았으 나 연령, 입학동기에 따라서 대인관계 정서에 차이가 나타났다. 성격특성은 학년, 출 생순위에 따른 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 성별, 연령, 입학동기에 따라서 차이가 있 었다. 교직적성은 출생순위에 따라 차이가 없었지만, 성별, 연령, 학년, 입학동기에 따라서는 차이가 있었다. 성격특성, 대인관계 특성, 교직적성의 구조적 관계를 분석 한 결과, 성격특성과 대인관계 특성은 매우 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으며, 특히 대인 관계 특성은 교직적성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship among big five personality factors, interpersonal relation traits, and aptitude of school for pre-service elementary school teachers. The results of this study were as follows. First, there was no significant difference about the gender, grade, and birth order in interpersonal relation traits. But there was significant difference in interpersonal emotion about the age and motive for college admission. Second, there was no significant difference about the grade, and birth order in big five personality factors. But there was significant difference in big five personality about the gender, age and motive for college admission. Third, there was no significant difference about birth order in aptitude of school. But there was significant difference about gender, age, grade, motive for college admission in aptitude of school. Forth, there was high relationship between personality factors and interpersonal relation traits. Especially interpersonal relation traits has the high influence on the aptitude of school.
