성찰기반 팀 코칭 수업설계와 적용:

An Instructional Design and Implementation by Team Coaching based on Reflection:

본 연구의 목적은 간호학 입문이라 할 수 있는 간호학 개론의 교과목에서 도덕적 역량 향상과 간호의 인식 변화를 지원하는 교수설계로 성찰기반 팀 코칭(RTC; Reflective Team Coaching) 교수법의 적용가능성을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 학습자가 문제를 스스로 인식하고 해결하는 팀 학습 방법을 적용하고 성찰일지 작성을 도구로 활용하였다. 연구대상은 S 대학에서 ‘간호학 개 론’의 필수과목을 수강하고 있는 90명의 학생을 대상으로 15주 동안 연구를 진행하 였다. 세부 항목은 과제인식, 과제분석, 과제이해 및 해결안 도출을 기본 프로세스로 학습에 대한 개인 성찰, 팀 원간 갈등해결을 위한 도덕성 성찰 과정이 포함되었다. 수업설계의 평가를 위해서는 수업 후 만족도 조사, 간호인식 수준의 변화와 성찰일 지에 대한 질적 분석방법을 활용하였다. 연구를 진행하는 동안 교수자는 질문과 성 찰을 지원하는 코치의 역할을 하며 긍정적이고 발전적인 피드백과 성찰적 질문으로 학생들이 도덕적 실천에 대한 간호 인식 수준이 향상되고 팀 코칭을 통한 학생-교 수간 상호 유대감을 강화할 수 있었다. 이는 간호교육과정 개발 측면에서 도덕적 역 량의 학습성과를 도출할 수 있는 교수·학습 설계와 운영 효과에 대한 긍정적인 결과 로 볼 수 있으며 간호교육에 새로운 교육방법으로 확대· 적용할 수 있다.

This study gives help to the nursing identity, establishment of nursing students by applying a team coaching instruction based on reflection in introduction to nursing science course, by implementing a leadership team learning through moral reflection active learning attitude and learning to help the motive improved team coaching based on reflection AFLC(Awareness, Feeling, Learning & Change) teaching and learning model and analyze the course operational effectiveness was conducted to propose an effective instructional design to achieve the learning outcomes of moral character education. In the team coaching based on reflection course and learners have improved ability to solve this problem through a process to identify and solve their own problems, as spring directly involved in learning teams can acquire empirical knowledge based on experience. Learners are derived through a team meeting and consensus opinion and to feel a sense of accomplishment in the process of measuring the results, the team acquire the skills through learning by watching proceedings takes effect the written report and presentation is enhanced expressive and confident. Reflection is conducted for team learning can enhance the insight and moral recovery is possible and between students and faculty through the coaching team for their mutual connectedness. Nursing curriculum results for instructional design and operational effectiveness of development that can be reflected in learning outcomes professor of moral edification in terms of personality and learning model is expanding into new teaching methods in nursing education and can be applied.
