확장된 계획행동이론을 이용한 대학 교양교육 학습자의 의사결정과정에 대한 연구

A Study on the Decision-Making Process of College General Education Learners Using the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior

본 연구는 대학교 교양교육 서비스품질을 교육수요자 입장에서 재정의 하고, 교 양교육 서비스품질이 대학 교양교육 학습자의 의사결정과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치 는 지를 알아보기 위해 TPB이론의 변수(태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제)에 교 양교육 서비스품질을 확장하여 실증분석 하였다. 연구의 분석결과는 첫째, 교양교육 서비스품질은 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 태도와 주관 적 규범은 학습의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교양교 육 서비스품질이 직접적으로 학습자 학습의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 검증되었지만, 교양교육 학습에 필요한 지각된 행동통제감이 학습자 학습의도의 유 의한 긍정적 영향을 미쳐는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

This study verified and analyzed the service quality of college general education on top of the other variables (attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control) of the Theory of Planned Behavior in order to redefine the service quality of college general education from the side of educational consumers, and to find out what kind of influences the service quality has on the decision-making process of college general education learners. According to the results of this study, first, the service quality of general education proved to have a meaningful influence on attitudes. Second, attitudes and subjective norms proved not to have a meaningful influence on learning intention. Third, the service quality of general education was verified not to have a direct meaningful influence on the learning intention of learners, however, the feeling of perceived behavioral control which is necessary for general education learning was found out to have a meaningful and positive influence on the learning intention of learners.
