간호대학생을 위한 통합시뮬레이션(분만-수술-신생아 간호)실습 프로그램의 효과

Effects of Integrated simulation (Delivery-Operation-Newborn care) Practice program for Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호학생에게 통합시뮬레이션 실습 프로그램을 개발하고 개발된 프로 그램을 적용 후 간호지식, 자기효능감, 임상수행능력 및 실습만족도에 미치는 효과 를 검증하고자 하였다. 통합시뮬레이션을 위해 ‘분만 중 태아사정과 제왕절개 수술 및 신생아 간호’에 대한 시나리오를 개발하였다. 개발된 통합 시뮬레이션 실습 프로 그램을 적용하기 위해, 분만실, 수술실, 신생아실의 각 시뮬레이션 실습실에 2명의 학생들이 시뮬레이션 실습을 진행하였다. 이 연구는 단일군 전후설계로 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 간호대학 4학년생 24명으로 실험기간은 2014년 11월24일부터 12월 15 일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 Window 프로그램을 이용하여 실수와 백분 율, 평균과 표준편차, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 프로그램 실습 적용 후 간호학생 의 간호지식(t=-2.944 , p=.005), 임상수행능력(t=-19.858 , p=.000)은 통계적으로 유 의하게 효과가 입증되었으며 자기효능감(t=-1.891 , p=.065)은 높게 나타났으나 통계 적으로 유의하기 않았다. 이 연구결과 통합시뮬레이션 실습교육이 효과적인 교수학 습방법의 하나임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

This study was to verify the effect of developed integrate-simulation practice program on nursing knowledge, self-confidence, clinical competence, and practice satisfaction of nursing students. For the study, a simulation module for fetal assessment during childbirth, caesarean section and neonatal care’ was developed. To apply the integrate-simulation practice program, two students were placed in each simulation room of the delivery, operating, and nursery rooms for simulation practice. This study was a single group pretest-posttest design. The participants were twenty four senior university students located at G city. Period was from November 24th to December 15th in 2014. Collected data were analyzed using frequency, ration, mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test of the SPSS/WIN program. This study showed significantly higher nursing knowledge(t=-2.944 , p=.005) and clinical competence(t=-19.858, p=.000). On the other hand, self-confidence showed increase but was not significant(t=-1.891, p=.065). The results indicated that a integrated simulation practice program is an effective teaching method.
