다문화가정 청소년의 임파워먼트 영향 요인들의 구조적 관계분석:

The Structural Relationship Between the Empowerment of Multi-Cultural Family Adolescents and Its Related Variables: Focusing on development Assets, social support, Multi-Cultural Acceptability, Resilience Variables

본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년의 임파워먼트 영향 요인들 간의 구조적 관계를 발달자산, 사회적지지, 다문화 수용성, 적응유연성을 중심으로 살펴보는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 다문화가정 중ㆍ고등학교 학생 244명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시한 결과, 발달자산은 적응유연성을 매개로 임파워먼트에 간접효과를 보였으며, 사회적 지지는 다문화수용성과 적응유연성을 매개로 임파워먼트에 직⋅간접효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과는 다문화가정 청소년의 발달자산과 사회 적 지지가 임파워먼트에 미칠 수 있는 긍정적인 영향을 고려할 때, 다문화가정 청소년의 다문화수용성과 적응유연성에 대한 더 많은 관심과 교육적 개입이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 도래하는 다문화 시대에 직면하는 다문화가정 청소 년의 역량 개발에 필요한 교육적 개입과 상담 프로그램의 개발에 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study attempts to incorporate integrative analysis, which clarifies structural relationship between the empowerment of multi-cultural family adolescents and its related variables: focusing on development assets, social support, multi-cultural acceptability, resilience variables. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships between different Variables related to empowerment 244 multi-cultural family adolescents residing in Chungbuk-do completed questionnaires about empowerment, multi-cultural family adolescents development assets, social support, multi-cultural acceptability, resilience Thus, the following are research questions that were established for the research objective. First, what are the structural relationships among empowerment, multi-cultural family adolescents development assets, social support, multi-cultural acceptability, resilience? The results showed that first, multi-cultural family adolescents social support were found to affect empowerment directly but development assets were not found affect empowerment directly. Second, multi-cultural family adolescents s social support were found to have indirect effect on empowerment mediated by multi-cultural family adolescents s multi-cultural acceptability. Third, multi-cultural family adolescents s social support were found to have indirect effect on empowerment mediated by multi-cultural family adolescents s resilience.
