음악중심 융합인재교육(STEAM)에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석

An Analysis of Domestic Research Trends of Music Based STEAM Education

본 연구의 목적은 융합인재교육(STEAM)에 관한 국내 음악교육연구의 동향을 파악하여 향후 음악중심 STEAM 교육에 대한 연구의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2012년부터 2017년까지 국내에서 발행 된 STEAM 교육 관련 음악교육논문 59편(학술지와 학위논문)을 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구내용 별로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악중심 STEAM교육 연구는 2012년부터 2015년까지 계속 증가하다가 2016년에 감소하였으나 2017년 다시 증가하였다. 둘째, 연구 방법에 따른 분석 결과 문헌연구의 비중이 가장 컸다. 셋째, 연구대상 별 분석 결과, 중학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 넷째, 연구내용 별 분석 결과, 프로그램개발 및 적용이 가장 큰 비중을 차지하였고. 다음으로는 이론 고찰이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 음악중심 STEAM연구에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of music based STEAM Education published in South Korea, and to provide the data for future studies. In this study, total of 59 articles, that were published from 2012 to 2016 in South Korea, were analyzed focusing on the year of publication, method of study, subject(participants) of study, and contents of research. The results of the study are as follows: First, the number of published study was increased every year from 2012 to 2015 and was slightly reduced in 2016. Second, according to research method, literature research was most frequently used. Third, according to subject of study, middle school students were the most popular subject. Fourth, in terms of contents of study, program development and application was dominant. Other important issues for the future study were discussed based on above findings.
