진로결정과 자기주도학습, 학습몰입, 학습성과 인식의 관계 구조분석

A Structural Analysis on university student s career-decision, self-directed learning, learning flow, and learning outcomes.

본 연구에서는 대학생의 진로결정 수준이 학습과정과 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 진로와 학습과의 관련성을 종합적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 H 대학 학생 2,067명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 가설 검증을 하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 진로결정은 자기주도학습, 학습몰입이라는 학습과정에 영향을 주었다. 또한, 진로결정, 자기주도학습, 학습몰입은 모두 학습성과에 영향을 주었으며, 자기주도학습, 학습몰입, 그리고 진로결정 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진로결정은 자기주도학습과 학습몰입을 매개로 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정이 자기주도학습과 학습몰입을 매개로 학습성과에 미치는 영향력은 진로결정이 학습성과에 직접적으로 미치는 영향력보다 상대적 으로 크게 나타났다. 셋째, 자기주도학습은 학습몰입에 영향을 미치며, 학습몰입을 매개로 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이, 진로와 학습과정, 그리고 학습성과는 상호관련성을 가지며 진로결정이 학습의 과정과 학습성과에 유의 한 영향을 미치고 있어, 진로 지도와 학습을 연계한 대학 정책의 수립과 운영이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between career-decision and learning by analyzing the influences career-decision has on learning process and outcomes. For this study, a survey was conducted to 2,067 H-university students, then the hypotheses were verified by a structural equation modeling. The results are as in the following. First, career-decision, self-directed learning, and learning flow had significant effect on learning outcomes. Self-regulated learning was in the first place in size of effect and learning flow came as second, followed by career-decision. Second, self-directed learning and learning flow mediated the effect between career-decision and learning outcomes. Compared to indirect effect of career-decision, the direct effect of self-regulated learning and learning flow on learning outcomes was more influential. Third, self-regulated learning influenced learning flow and also on learning outcomes mediated by learning flow. To conclude, career, learning process and learning outcomes were related with one another. Especially, career-decision had an effect on learning process and outcome. Thus, the policy of relating career guidance with learning is required in universities to enhance educational performance.
