아동이 지각한 가족건강성, 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지, 스트레스 대처행동 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 구조관계분석

An Analysis Of Structural Relations among Children s Perceived Family Strength, Self-Resilience, Social Support, Stress-Coping Behavior, and Psychological Well-Being

본 연구는 아동이 지각한 가족건강성, 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지, 스트레스 대처행동 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 구조관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경상남도 창원시 진해구 소재 S초등학교 4, 5, 6학년 학생 700명을 대상으로 하여 가족건강성, 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지, 스트레스 대처행동 및 심리적 안녕감 검사를 실시하였으며, 687명을 최종 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 20.0과 AMOS Ver. 20.0으로 통계처리 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 및 논의를 통하여 얻어진 결 론으로 가족건강성은 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지, 스트레스 대처행동 및 심리적 안녕감을 형성하는 변인이라고 할 수 있으며, 건강한 가족 관계를 통해 형성된 개인의 성격은 타인의 지지를 이끌어내고 환경에 탄력적으로 적응하여 높은 심리적 안녕감 을 형성하는 요인이 됨을 알 수 있다. 또한 매개효과 검정결과 가족의 노력이 부족 하더라도 학교나 상담기관이 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지 신장에 도움을 준다면 아동의 심리적 안녕감이 높아질 수 있다는 점을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze structural relations among children s perceived family strength, self-resilience, social support, stress-coping behavior, and psychological well-being. For the purpose, 700 students who are 4th to 6th grades from S elementary school located in Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do in order to determine their perceived family strength, self-resilience, social support, stress-coping behavior, and psychological well-being. Out of them, 687 were finally chosen as the subjects of this study. Data were statistically processed through SPSS Ver. 20.0 and AMOS Ver. 20.0. In conclusion, family strength is a variable that is determinant to self-resilience, social support, stress-coping behavior, and psychological well-being. Personality formed based on desirable family relations can help attract supports from others, adapt to the environment flexibly and ultimately reach a high psychological well-being. When the mediating effects were tested, it was found that if schools or counseling agencies can help raising children s self-resilience and social supports to them, it would finally bring the improvement of those children s psychological well-being, even though there are less family efforts.
