A Study on Methods for Consulting to Education for Sustainable Development

지속가능발전교육은 현대 사회가 직면하고 있는 지속가능성의 위기 상황에서 근본적 대안의 하나로 기대되고 있다. 이 연구는 이러한 지속가능발전교육의 컨설팅방안을 모색하기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육적으로 적용되고 있는 컨설팅의 개념과 모형을 살펴보고 지속가능발전교육 컨설팅의 구성 요소와 절차를구안하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지속가능발전교육 컨설팅은 학교 현장에서 지속가능발전교육을 확산하고실천하는 것을 목적으로 교사, 학교, 교육지원청 등 지속가능발전교육의 실천에 관련된 사람 및 기관을 대상으로 한다. 둘째, 지속가능발전교육 컨설팅은 교육과정, 학교 및 학급 운영, 교육 지원 체제등으로 범주를 구분하고 관심, 이해, 실천, 태도에 따라 낮은 수준, 보통 수준, 높은수준으로 구분한다. 셋째, 지속가능발전교육 컨설팅은 준비, 실행, 평가의 세 단계로 진행된다. 준비단계에서는 만남과 컨설팅 수행 계획을 수립하고 실행 단계에서는 대상의 진단과 처방이 이뤄지며 평가 단계에서는 컨설팅의 결과를 평가하고 반성을 하게 된다.

In the modern society we are facing a crisis of sustainable life. Education for Sustainable Development is expected to be one of the fundamental alternatives. The purpose of this study is to develop a consulting methods of ESD. To achieve this purpose, concepts and models of educational consulting were studied. And components and procedures of ESD consulting were developed. The results of the study are as follows. First, the purposes of ESD consulting are to spread and practice ESD in the field of school and the subjects of ESD consulting are teachers, schools and school districts that was the person or organization relevant to the practice of ESD. Second, the ranges of ESD consulting are curriculum, schools and class management, district supporting system and the levels of ESD consulting can be divided into low level, medium level, high level that according to the interest, attitude, understanding and practice of ESD. Third, ESD consulting consists of preparation, implementation and evaluation of three stages. Meeting and planning execution are in the preparation phase. Diagnosis and the prescription of the consultee are in the implementation phases. In the evaluation phase, evaluation and reflection are taken.
