여자고등학생이 지각한 부, 모애착과 양육태도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 및 학교생활, 부모와의 관계 만족감 조절효과

The Influence of Attachment to Parents, Parenting Attitudes on the Maturity of Career Attitude and Moderating Effect of Perceptual Satisfaction of School Life, Relationship with Parents in Female High School Students

본 연구는 여자고등학생이 지각하는 부, 모애착과 양육태도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향과 학교생활 및 부모와의 관계에 대한 주관적 만족감의 조절효과에 대해 살펴보았다. 여자고등학생 875명의 자료를 이용하여 다중회기분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여자고등학생이 지각하는 부, 모애착은 차이가 있었다. 전체적으로는 부애착보다 모애착을 더 높게 지각했다. 모애착은 3학년, 1학년, 2학년 순으로, 부애착은 3학년, 2학년 순으로 학년 간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 부, 모에 대한 애착과 양육태도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에 있어서 모애착, 부애착, 양육태도의 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 여고생의 진로태도성숙도는 부, 모의 애착 중 소외감과 부모의 과잉간섭적 태도 및 감독적 태도에 유의 한 영향을 받았다. 넷째, 학교생활 만족감이나 부모와의 관계 만족감이 부모애착, 부모의 양육태도가 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 변인이 되는지를 확인한 결과, 여고생의 학교생활 만족감은 방임과 학대적인 양육태도가 진로태도성숙에 미 치는 영향 있어서 조절효과를 보였고, 부모와의 관계에 대한 만족감은 모애착, 부애착, 방임과 학대적인 양육태도들이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향에 대해 조절효과를 보였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of parents attachment, parenting attitudes on the maturity of career attitude among female high school students and the moderating effect of perceptual satisfaction with school life and parent relationships. The total number of subjects was 875 and multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results are as followed. First, female students reported higher scores on mother attachment than father attachment. Specifically, significant differences were showed in mother attachment(3>1>2) and father attachment(3>2) according to school years. Second, mother attachment had the strongest effect on the maturity of career attitude, followed by father attachment and parenting attitudes. Third, alienation, intrusive child-rearing attitude, directed raising attitudes among sub-factors appeared to be a significant variable to affect the maturity of career attitude. Finally, perceptual satisfaction with school life moderated the relationship between neglect, abuse and maturity of career attitude. Perceptual satisfaction with parents relationship moderated the relationship between mother attachment, father attachment, neglect abuse and maturity of career attitude. Based on the findings, the implications of this study and future research directions were discussed.
