일반청소년과 교정시설청소년의 부모지지와 진로결정효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Perceived Parent Support and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy on Average Adolescents and Juvenile DelinquentsCareer Preparation Behaviors

본 연구의 목적은 일반청소년과 교정시설청소년의 부모지지와 진로결정효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재한 2개의 K 고등학교와 O 정보산업학교 학생 246명을 대상으로 부모지지, 진로결정효능감, 진로준비행동 검사를 실시하였다. 부모지지, 진로결정효능감, 진로준비행동의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하고, 진로준비행동에 가장 영향력 있는 변인을 밝히기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반청소년과 교정시설청소년의 부모지지와 진로결정효능감과 진로준비행동 간에 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 일반청소년과 교정시설청소년의 부모지지와 진로준비행동은 교정시설청소년에 더 많은 영향을 미치고, 일반청소년과 교 정시설청소년의 진로결정효능감과 진로준비행동에서는 일반청소년에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교정시설청소년들의 진로준비행동의 수준이 향상될 수 있도록 전문적인 진로지도와 진로교육 및 상담의 바탕이 되는 다양한 프로그 램 개발 및 부모상담의 중요성을 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of perceived parent support and career preparation behavior and of career decision-making self efficacy and career preparation behavior on average adolescents and juvenile delinquents career preparation behavior. This study surveyed 126 students of K high school and 120 students of O Information Industry High School located in Busan. The summary of this study is as follows: First, average adolescents have more parent support and career decision-making self efficacy than juvenile delinquents. Second, the influence of the perceived parent support and career decision-making self efficacy has been significantly made on career preparation behavior of average adolescents and juvenile delinquents. Third, the perceived parent support has a significant impact on career preparation behaviors of average adolescents and juvenile delinquents. Fourth, the perceived parent support has a great deal of influence on career decision-making efficacy and career preparation behavior of average adolescents and juvenile delinquents.
