Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital between Career Learning and Subjective Career Success

Purpose - Despite changes in the paradigm of career, browsing is extremely difficult to study the predictive factors of learning that are regarded as preventive and active changing abilities of organizations important for growth and survival in today s organization. Career learning can be assumed for the leading variable in the organization that affects the success of the career, In light of the characteristics of carrier learning as a variable that can be controlled, it is difficult to study how positive psychological capital affects the relationship between subjective career success and career learning, It has a very important significance in the dimension of development. Therefore, in this study, we try to elucidate the effect of positive psychological capital parameters on the relationship between career learning and positive psychological capital and subjective career success and career learning and subjective career success. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaires, the method of data analysis, consisted of workplace learning scale, career commitment scale, organizational commitment scale, demographics scale. 386 out of 589 questionnaires were returned, of which 355 were used for analysis after data cleaning. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed with an alpha level of 0.05 to establish a priori for determining significance. Results - The gist of research result is as follows. Conclusions - First, career learning was identified as the leading variable that describes the positive psychological capital. Next, career learning was found as the leading variable that accounts for the career satisfaction. Third, career learning was made certain that the leading variable explains possibility of employment(career satisfaction, employability). Fourth, the mediate effect of positive psychological capital were confirmed in relation to career learning and subjective career success(career satisfaction, employability). However, it became clear that Positive Psychological Capital mediates partly in relation to career learning and Employment Prospect. Notwithstanding these suggestions, this study has several limitations and if you make recommendations for subsequent studies, it is as follows. First, career learning and complementation of measuring tools for positive psychological capital are required. Secondly, This study can not explain the part where personal career learning contributes to the organization. Therefore, in the future research, it is necessary to advance research on the part where the career learning contributes to the organization through investigating the relationship between the growth of the organization career through the personal career learning mechanism and the change of the effectiveness of the organization.
