초등 예비교사들의 체육에 대한 인식형성 요인 탐색

An Exploring Factor of Recognition Formation in the Physical activities of the Elementary pre-service teachers

이 연구는 초등 예비교사들의 체육에 대한 인식형성에 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 심층적으로 탐색하고자 한다. 또한, 이러한 현재적 문제점을 파악하여 유기적 연계속에 체육교육의 시스템을 개선하는 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 궁극적으로 미래 초등학생들의 삶을 체육 문화로 선도할 수 있는 미래지향적 청사진을 설계하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 K대학교 초등교육과와 G교육대학교 초등예비교사 130명을 연구 참여자로 하여 개방형 질문지와 6명의 연구참여자를 다시 선정하여 심층면담 자료를 수집하였다. 또한 귀납적 범주분석을 통한 내용분석으로 결과를 생성하였다. 연구결과, ‘초등예비교사의 체육에 대한 긍정적 인식형성 요인’에 있어서 3개의대영역은 ‘체육교육적 요인(182개, 70.8%), 환경적 요인(42개, 16.3%)’, 잠재적 요인(33개, 12.8%)으로 범주화되었다. ‘초등예비교사의 체육에 대한 부정적 인식형성 요 인’에 있어서 3개의 대영역은 ‘체육교육적 요인(139개, 52.5%), 환경적 요인(106개, 40%)’, 잠재적 요인(20개, 7.5%)으로 범주화되었다.

The purpose of this study was to explore Factor of Recognition Formation in the Physical activities of the Elementary pre-service teachers. In order to achieve this purpose, data was collected through open type questionnaire executed on 130 elementary pre-service teachers and interview data of six elementary pre-service teachers. The analysis deducted through inductive category analysis. The results were as follows. 3 large domains of affirmative factor of Recognition Formation in the Physical activities of the Elementary pre-service teachers were ‘educational factor’, ‘environmental factor’, ‘ atent actor’. 3 large domains of negative factor of Recognition Formation in the Physical activities of the Elementary pre-service teachers were ‘ ducational factor’, ‘environmental factor’, ‘latent actor’. The authors of the study suggested alternatives such as ‘making learning community , ‘construction of infrastructure in environment’, ‘A practical model’.
