백워드 방식을 활용한 체육계열 교육과정의 ‘체육과 진로탐구’ 교과목 재구성

Backward Designing Guidance Program in the Curriculum of Physical Education High School

본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 전문교과 체육계열 교육과정 중 체육과 진로탐구 교과목의 백워드 설계를 통해 체육 고등학교 학생들을 위한 진로 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 연구문제는 ‘체육과 진로탐구 교과목을 백워드 방식으로 재구성하여 설계 할때 어떤 프로그램이 도출되는가?’로 설정하였다. 체육과 진로탐구‘ 교과목의 재구성 방법은 백워드 교육과정 설계 방식을 따랐다. 백워드 설계에 따라 재구성된 ‘체육과 진로탐구’ 프로그램이 바라는 결과로는 ‘학생들은 자신의 진로분야를 선택하고 잠정적 직업에 대한 진로설계를 할 수 있다’가 설정되었다. 수행평가는 자신의 진로 포트폴리오를 완성하여 가상의 취업박람회에서 구직자가 되어 채용면접을 보는 장면을 설계하였다. 학습활동과 수업계획은 통합된 블록시간표로 운영되는 총 16차시에 걸친 진로 프로그램의 형태로 구성하였다. ‘체육과 진로탐구’ 교과목을 재구성하 여백워드 방식으로 최종 설계된 프로그램은 체육관련 직업목록 작성하기, 자신의 진로탐색 검사와 해석, 각 분야별 직업 특징 조사와 체험하기, 나의 잠정적 직업 분야 선택하기 활동을 중심으로 구성되었다. 동일한 직업분야를 선택한 학생들끼리 각 직업분야에 해당하는 직업을 체험해 볼 수 있는 활동을 배치하고 분야별 선택활동이 전체 프로그램의 중간지점에 포함되도록 설계하였다.

The objective of the study is to develop guidance program for physical education high school students. To achieve the purpose of the study, ‘How is the program of guidance from physical education curriculum?’ was set up as a research question. Backward design by McTighe and Wiggins suggested was used for developing guidance program. The researchers analyzed contents, which were relevant to vocational fields from curriculum for physical education high school students. Filled templates following by three steps of backward design, desired results, assessment evidence, and learning plan were employed for developing the program. Desired result was A student could make a master plan for their own-chosen vocational fields . Composing students own portfolio for vocational fields and recruitment fair were developed as performance assessments. Both performance assessments were considered GRASPS elements. Learning plans were divided by common learning experiences and selective activities in relevance to WHERETO elements. The researchers suggested an advanced guidance track for selective vocational fields in physical education.
