A study for investment priorities evaluation indicators of public development projects

Due to the global investment environment changes and the rising awareness of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province it was soaring economic growth. But, it can not be directly returned to the residents of the development gains. This study was started in terms that require the locals reduction for public development projects in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. One of the local population reduction is to invest in development projects by creating a regional capital. Research is needed about the possible investment projects that are important to the profitability assessment before creating a regional capital. Previously available investment projects and the evaluation index system to evaluate the study should be followed. Through previous research found the factors by which to evaluate the public development projects.
