초등 수업안쓰기 양상과 계보 탐색

본 연구는 초등 교사들의 수업안쓰기 실태와 특징, 그리고 이의 형성 계보를 정리하고 이를 통해 초등 수업전문성을 높일 대안적 수업안쓰기의 가능성 탐색에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전국에서 수집한 수업안(세안)의 내용요소와 형식, 교재연구 및 수업안쓰기 실태, 특징을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석에 따라 초등 현장에 관례화되어 있는 수업안쓰기의 계보를 해방 이후 주요시기를 중심으로 탐색하고 그 의미를 정리하였다. 본 연구가 초등 수업전문성 구현매개로써 수업안쓰기의 의미 재고와 수업자의 실천적 지식을 담은 다양한 대안적 수업안쓰기 창출에 일조하길 기대한다.

The present research aimed at examining for aspects and genealogy of constructing instruction plan as realization of elementary instruction professionalism. So for this study, I collected and analyzed instruction plan in 12 regions, and then arranged the aspects of constructing of instruction plan. Based on this analyzing research for genealogy of constructing of instruction plan from 1945 to present. As a result, I know that aspects of constructing instruction plan on the present affected and changed by 4th important factors: first, instruction plan in An Introduction to New education written by Yoon-JaeCheon and instruction plan constructed by, are used by teachers and students of normal school during Japanese colonial rule, second, instruction plan in An New Classroom written by The Korean Federation Teachers Associations, third, instruction plan in Teacher’s companion written by Korean Educational Development Institute and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, lastly, a few instruction plan constructed by teachers participating class work study conference during open education period sponsored by The Korean Federation Teachers Associations or local educational offices. as a this factors, constructing instruction plan on the present has become routinization in forms and contents. Become routinization in forms and contents has strengths easiness of constructing and understanding instruction plan but weakness on instruction plan that is not or hiding teacher s intention depending on national curriculum. The core of instruction professionalism from the reflective practitioner point of view to expose myself viewpoint and be empathized. It has to be started get suspicious and deconstruction about forms and contents of constructing instruction plan on routinization and thick description about instructor intention. I hope this study contribute to this purpose and process.
