제7차 국어과 교육과정에서의 시조 교육 내용 분석 :

이 연구는 제7차 국어과 교육과정에서의 시조 교육의 실태를 알아보고, 시조 교육의 방향을 탐색하는데 있다. 제7차 국어과 교육과정에서 문학 영역의 교육 내용은 ‘문학의 본질’, ‘문학의 수용과 창작’, ‘문학에 관한 태도’의 학습이 개별 문학 작품을 읽고 해석하고 평가하는 실제의 문학 활동과 유기적으로 관련되어야 한다는 관점에서 ‘내용 체계’를 구조화하였다. 특히 ‘작품의 이해와 감상’에서 ‘문학의 수용과 창작’이라는 활동으로 전환한 것이 특징적인데, ‘작품의 수용과 창작의 실제’를 통해 개별 문학 작품에 대한 학습자의 다양한 표현 활동을 강조하였다. 그런데 국어과 교과서에 수록된 시조는 매우 적은 편이다. 시조는 시와 더불어 문학 교육의 한 영역으로 그 내용과 범주를 공유한다. 동시가 학습자의 문학적 감상 능력 향상을 위해 수용되는 텍스트인 것처럼 시조 역시 시의 일부로, 즉 자유시에 대한 정형시로 수용되어야 한다. 가창이 전제되었던 고시조와 달리 현대시조는 시와 같은 문학 텍스트로 읽혀지고, 이해ㆍ감상ㆍ창작되어야 한다.

To the contrary, in Korean textbook included Sijo is very scarcely. Sijo is hold the filed of literature education contents and category with poetry likely. As children´s poetry are accepted the textbook and use for enhance to capability of literary thoughts, likewise Sijo is a part from poetry which should acceptance for the rhymed verse to the free verse.
