영상분석 프로그램과 SNS(Social Networking Service)를 연계한 체육 수업이 학생들의 자기효능감과 체육수업태도에 미치는 영향

Influence Analysis of student s attitudes and self-efficacy in Physical Education classes with image analysis program and the SNS(Social Networking Service)

이 연구는 영상분석 프로그램과 SNS(Social Networking Service)를 연계한 체육 수업이 학생들의 자기효능감과 체육수업태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구 대상의 선정은 K도 O시 소재한 중학교 1학년 349명(9개 학급)을 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 비확률적 표집방법 중 편의추출 방법으로 실험집단 115명(3개 학급)과 통제집단 116명(3개 학급)을 표본으로 선정하였다. 이렇게 선정된 두 집단에서 활동영역(경쟁활동: 농구, 도전활동: 장애물달리기)의 특성 차이로 사후검사에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 문제점을 보완하기 위해서 교차계획 설계 방식(Cross Over Design)으로 운영하였다. 그 결과 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해서 자기효능감, 체육수업태도의 모든 하위 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 영상분석 프로그램을 통한 효과적 정보 제공과 SNS를 연계한 체육 수업이 중학생들의 자기효능감과 체육수업태도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper aimed to analyze the impact of physical education linking the image analysis program and Social Networking Service (SNS) on the self-efficacy and the attitude of students in physical education classes. To this end, 349 students (9 classrooms) in the first year in a middle school in the city O, the province K were selected as the subjects. The subjects were divided into two groups, the test group 115 students (3 classrooms) and the control group 116 students (3 classrooms) by convenience sampling in non-probability sampling methods. Moreover, the cross over design was applied to solve any problems which could impact the post test caused by the difference of features in the activity fields (competition: basketball, challenge: hurdle) of both groups. In accordance with the analysis, the test group showed a significant difference in all sub-elements of self-efficacy and attitude in physical education classes when compared to the control group. It can be interpreted that the physical education class linking image analysis program with SNS could contribute to improving the self-efficacy and the attitude of middle school students in physical education classes.
